- 1/2 cup diced raw red beets or candy cane beets
- 2 apples cored and diced
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 tsp fresh chopped ginger
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1/2 cup mango orange juice
- In a blender combine all ingredients, purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
