Serving Ideas

Create a restaurant experience at home! Prepare one whole iceberg lettuce by removing the outer layers and removing the core. Cut into four or six wedges and place on a salad plate. Top with a blue cheese dressing and a crumble of blue cheese and chopped walnuts. Simple, elegant and delicious!
