- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 full apple, washed, cored and roughly cut
- ¼ cup raw beet, peeled and roughly cut (this is about half of a small-medium beet)
- OPTION: small cube of ginger, grated
- In a strong blender, begin by crushing the ice with orange juice. Then add the blueberries, apple and beet, and blend to smooth consistency.
