Beet Smoothie Start off your breakfast with this delicious beet smoothie from Chef D. No added sugar, just the natural sweetness of fruits and berries!

  • 1/2 cup diced raw red beets or candy cane beets
  • 2 apples cored and diced
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 tsp fresh chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 1/2 cup mango orange juice


  1. In a blender combine all ingredients, purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
