Breakfast Pear Smoothie

This breakfast pear smoothie is pear-fect for the start of a good day! Only takes minutes to make a breakfast full of fibre, vitamin C, and calcium while being low in calories. You can make it dairy-free with vanilla soy milk or use low-fat milk with a 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Want more calcium and probiotics? Add some yogurt for a thicker consistency and more creaminess!

  • 1 ripe pear, cored and chopped
  • 1 large orange, peeled
  • ½ cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until thick. Enjoy!
