A simple yet delicious cocktail that will impress all of your guests this weekend!

Chilean Grape Cocktail

  • 3 Grapes from Chile
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz. Pisco
  • 1 oz. Egg Whites
  • 1 Dash of Bitters


  1. Muddle 3 grapes with the simple syrup.
  2. In a separate shaker, dry shake egg white.
  3. Add ice to the muddled grapes.
  4. Pour already shaken egg whites over.
  5. Shake well, strain over ice and add 1 dash of bitters.
