A simple yet delicious cocktail that will impress all of your guests this weekend!

Ingredients
- 3 Grapes from Chile
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 oz. Pisco
- 1 oz. Egg Whites
- 1 Dash of Bitters
Instructions
- Muddle 3 grapes with the simple syrup.
- In a separate shaker, dry shake egg white.
- Add ice to the muddled grapes.
- Pour already shaken egg whites over.
- Shake well, strain over ice and add 1 dash of bitters.
