Baby Bok Choy Goes Well With

There are so many ingredients that make Asian greens even more delicious! Asian greens tend to have a flavour that’s similar to spinach or kale but with a mellow, grassy sweetness. Here are some flavour pairing ideas to help you enhance and highlight Asian greens!

What goes well with Asian greens:

Herbs & Spices: cilantro, chiles, curry, five spice powder, garlic, ginger and lemongrass

Savoury: almonds, beef, cashews, chicken, hoisin, mirin, noodles, quinoa, rice, sesame oil, soy sauce and tofu.

Other produce: bell peppers, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, leek, lemon, lime, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, scallions, shallots and squash.
