Serving Ideas
Blanched or sautéed peas can be turned into an easy side dish simply by adding a pat of butter, or a drizzle of olive oil, along with salt and pepper. Many people enjoy adding fresh mint as well.
Cooked peas are also delicious served on toast, stirred into pasta dishes or blended into soups.
Try adding peas to Asian-style pancakes for a flavourful appetizer or light lunch.
