Grilled hearts of romaine

Ingredients

  • organicgirl Romaine hearts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut romaine hearts in half lengthwise. Brush cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place cut-side down on BBQ and grill until you have beautiful charred marks on the edges. Serve alongside your favourite BBQ staples or maybe a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese!
