Hydrating Cucumber Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 NatureFresh™ Farms Long English Cucumber, trimmed and chopped
  • 2 cups cubed mango
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups ice
  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • 1 lime, halved

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce before preparing.
  2. Combine the first five ingredients in a blender. Squeeze in the lime juice and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Divide between glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use this recipe to make frozen ice pops.
