- 1/2 small pear (like Anjou or Forelle) cut into julienne
- 1.5 oz (3 tbsp or 1 shot) of mezcal
- ¾ cup (180 mL) ginger ale
- 1 dry serrano pepper
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) agave nectar
- Shake half of the ginger ale and the other ingredients in a shaker. Serve and add the remaining ginger ale.
