Pear Mezcal Mojitos

Spice up your evening with these pear and mezcal mojitos! Pears add a sweetness that helps balance the spicy twist to this popular Cuban drink!

  • 1/2 small pear (like Anjou or Forelle) cut into julienne
  • 1.5 oz (3 tbsp or 1 shot) of mezcal
  • ¾ cup (180 mL) ginger ale
  • 1 dry serrano pepper
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) agave nectar


  1. Shake half of the ginger ale and the other ingredients in a shaker. Serve and add the remaining ginger ale.
