Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) watermelon chunks
- 1 small to medium beet, washed
- 1 apple, seeded and cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) apple juice concentrate (optional)
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp (0.5 mL to 1 mL) cayenne pepper (depending on taste)
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a strong blender, with watermelon on the bottom. Turn blender on slow
- speed until watermelon has liquefied, then increase speed and blend for 1 minute or until
- liquefied.
