- 2 cups (500 mL) Mann's Stringless Sugar Snap Peas
- 1/2 lb (226 g) Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp (45 mL) Butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sauté mushrooms in butter or margarine for 2-3 minutes. Add Mann’s Stringless Sugar Snap Peas and soy sauce. Stir constantly for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot alone or over white rice.
