Dip, Dip, Hoooray! Dips are the perfect way to increase veggies in our diet – and they’re super fun!! Dips are especially great for back to school/work or after school/work snacks! Not only do all of these dips contain veggies themselves, but they will help us add a ton of veggies to our diet.
How to make the dips: Using all of the ingredients listed for each of the dips, blend in a blender or a food processor (with the exception of the spinach dip – fold the spinach and artichokes in after the other ingredients are blended). Enjoy!
