What Goes Well with Raspberries?

What Goes Well With Raspberries?

Produce: Rhubarb, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, lemon, coconut, peaches, spinach, pineapple, orange, grapefruit, grapes, mangoes, watermelon, pears, tangerine, nectarine, plums, and melon

Herbs, Spices & Sweets: verbena, star anise, poppy seeds, white and dark chocolate, basil, vanilla, mint, honey, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves

Savoury: almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, pine nuts, oats, chia seeds, poultry, and shrimp

Dairy: cream cheese, mascarpone, ricotta, goat cheese, brie cheese, crème fraiche, cream, ice cream, milk, and buttermilk

Serving Ideas:

Raspberries are perfect for eating out of hand, but there are so many ways to use them. They’re perfect for adding to desserts: raspberry lemon cheesecake, popsicles, chocolate tarts, and so much more. Their bright colour and flavour make them a perfect addition for a beautiful trifle.

For breakfast, they can be added to almost anything: oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, crepes, dutch babies—and we can’t forget smoothies as well.

For more savoury applications, raspberries taste amazing over salads, made into a glaze for chicken or turkey, even with shrimp!
