When is Ontario-grown food available? Check out this list of all the locally grown fruits and vegetables and when they are available!

All year round, you can find Ontario-grown cucumber, lettuce, arugula, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, celery root, rutabaga, sprouts, and sweet potatoes.

The majority of the year, local apples, beets, cabbage, carrots, garlic, parsnips, red onion, peppers, squash, and tomatoes.

During various seasons of the year, you’ll find Ontario asparagus, cherries, grapes, plums, field peppers, corn, blueberries, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, eggplant, field cucumbers, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, peaches, nectarines, pears, radishes, rapini, rhubarb, spinach, strawberries, and zucchinis.
