  • 1 Grilled Chicken Breast, Shredded (Can be substituted for 2 cups of cooked or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1/4 Small Pear, Finely Diced
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Walnuts
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • Romaine Lettuce Leaves

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Mix chicken, diced pear, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, parsley, onions, celery, and walnuts in a bowl.
  2. Step 2

    Spoon the mixture into romaine lettuce leaves and wrap.
