- 1 Grilled Chicken Breast, Shredded (Can be substituted for 2 cups of cooked or rotisserie chicken)
- 1/4 Small Pear, Finely Diced
- 1-2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Celery
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Red Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Walnuts
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
- Romaine Lettuce Leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Mix chicken, diced pear, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, parsley, onions, celery, and walnuts in a bowl.Step 2
Spoon the mixture into romaine lettuce leaves and wrap.
