Creamy Ontario Peach Ice Pops

This recipe couldn’t be simpler! Easy to make with kids, or to whip up for a quick treat to have handy in the freezer for those languid summer nights. Plus, they’re packed with nutrients and protein to keep you satiated and energized!

  • 2 Cups Ontario Peaches, Peeled, Pitted, and Chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Peach Nectar
  • 1 Cup Fat-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Place peaches, nectar, yogurt and honey in a blender. Purée until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Pour into 10 (1/3 cup/75 mL) ice pop molds.
  3. Step 3

    Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.

Tip: These ice pops are just as delicious with any fresh Ontario fruits! Try with nectarines, strawberries, raspberries, or even a combination of a few!
