Ontario Mushrooms and Sugar Snap Peas
Dinner is simple and full of flavour and nutrition with these sugar snap peas and mushrooms! Sautéed veggies make an easy side dish that is tasty and quick to pull together on busy weeknights!

- 2 Cups Stringless Sugar Snap Peas
- 1/2 Lb. Ontario Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté mushrooms in butter or margarine for 2-3 minutes. Add Mann’s Stringless Sugar Snap Peas and soy sauce. Stir constantly for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot alone or over white rice.
